5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WordNest Unscrambler, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
